Its roller pinion set type simplifies the design and assembly processes, contributing to improved efficiency.
This reducer can also be combined with TCG series cam racks and cam rings for high-precision positioning.

Zero-Backlash
The teeth of Pinion always mesh Cam rack / Cam ring via two or three portions and eliminate backlash when rotated in one or another direction.
Also, steel balls are employed to reduction portion instead of toothed wheels, Rolling contact and preload eliminate backlash. -
Easy motor mounting
Clamp holding specification for straight shaft of motor are adopted as standard, making it easy to mount motors from various companies.

To reduce man-hours about assembly and selection by being combined Roller pinion to Reducer.

Low noise
There is only rolling ball noise due to the rolling contact of steel balls at all rotating members. There is no meshing or flexing gear noise at all.

Ball reducer is Zero-backlash, so it is suitable for highly accurate forward and reverse repetitive positioning.
